Acting on behalf of Longford Investments, Jamie Gilbertson of FHP is delighted to confirm the letting of over 25,000ft² of good quality second-hand space set on its own securely fenced and gated site to Direct Same Day Services Ltd.
The deal sees over 25,000ft² of space let to the local distribution company as they expand and grow their business.

“It was a pleasure to work with our clients on this transaction. After sourcing the eventual tenant and quickly agreeing terms, the letting flew through the legal process quickly and we are delighted at the end result.
We wish Direct Same Day Services well in their new home as they expand throughout the region.
No one is claiming that the economy or the market is flying at present but we are still seeing good levels of demand in mid-range stock with supply levels low and with deals being completed. We have a number of similar deals to report in the coming weeks and also have new opportunities coming to the market but with a constant need for further space.
