31 Market Place, Mansfield – From Bakers to Brokers

Acting on behalf of Titchfield Investments Ltd, Fisher Hargreaves has let 31 Market Place, Mansfield to Albemarle & Bond on a new 10 year lease at a rental of £33,000 per annum subject to review at the end of the fifth year.

The premises were formerly occupied by Three Cooks Bakers who did not renew their lease and have subsequently gone into administration.

Mark Bradley, who acted for the landlord, commented:

“The premises occupy a prominent location fronting Market Place immediately adjacent to Greenwoods and Lloyds TSB.  A conditional offer was initially accepted from a national bookmakers but unfortunately licensing was refused and therefore we were pleased to achieve a letting to Albemarle & Bond relatively quickly thereafter.”

The premises comprise ground floor sales of 1065ft² together with basement storage of 1164ft² and first floor stores/staff of 430ft².  The remainder of the first floor is separately occupied by an employment agency.
