A Bright Rent Review for the Lighthouse

Acting on behalf of Steinberger Developments Limited Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have successfully agreed the rent review of offices known as The Lighthouse, 10 Vivian Avenue, Sherwood Rise, Nottingham.

The rent was successfully increased on behalf of the Landlord by Michael Donaghy of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor from the passing rental of £170,000 per annum up to £197,500, an increase of £27,500 per annum.

The property constitutes 16,136ft² of good quality office accommodation arranged over five floors with 33 car parking spaces.  The revised rental equates to approximately £12.25 per ft² overall.
