After acquiring the former classical music shop premises at 70 Long Row on behalf of Amber Pass, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have secured a letting to Gloria Jeans Coffees on the basis of a new 10 year lease.

Gloria Jean’s have been established for over 30 years, and currently have over 700 stores in more then 40 countries.

Steve Young of FHP commented:

“By securing this letting, we have created a strong investment for our clients, and helped to significantly increase the capital value of the property”.

He went on to say:

“The subject premises provide a fitting location for Gloria Jean’s first unit in Nottingham City Centre, due to their proximity to both the professional quarter, and the newly transformed Market Square.  With Starbucks, Caffé Nero, and Costa Coffee, currently enjoying a strong hold over the City Centre it is refreshing to see an additional competitor enter the market”.
