Ten Wealth Management Limited have acquired and moved into new premises at the popular Sladen Estates and PMB Holding’s development Poplars Court on Lenton Lane.
Ten Wealth are a firm of Independent Financial Advisers that are committed to providing excellent, personal service to its clients. The two Principals, Martin Walker and Peter MacPherson recently formed the business by bringing together their respective clients, recognising the benefit of sharing their expertise and experience, and the purchase of the 1,617 sq ft offices at 16 Poplars Court will facilitate the new business going forward.
The purchase was facilitated on behalf of the developers by James Hartley of property consultants FHP who commented:
“Ten Wealth were immediately attracted to the style and quality of fit out on offer at Poplars Court I think it matched the profile of their new company perfectly. I also think that what really clinched the deal was the fact that Sladen Estates were able to oversee and manage the Ten Wealth fit out prior to them moving in. This meant they could concentrate on their merged companies whilst the potential time and pressure of the fit out works were taken away from them by Sladen Estates.”

This latest sale has capped a busy 6 months for Sladen estates and PMB Holdings at Poplars Court with five deals completing in that timescale. There are still a few units remaining on the market that can accommodate requirements from 1,383 sq ft up to 3,240 sq ft.
