AN ELECTRIC DEAL FOR FHP

On Behalf of a private client, Georgia Crapper of FHP Property Consultants has successfully handled the freehold sale of a popular light-industrial unit on Canal Street, Derby.

Unit 1, 36 Canal Street, a former car repair centre of some 1,120 ft2 was originally advertised as ‘To Let’ but was eventually sold to Derby Auto Electrical Services after just a few short weeks on the market.
