Tim Gilbertson, acting on behalf of Leeds based property company J Pullan & Sons has completed another deal in Castle Donington, this time disposing of over 20,000ft² of space in Castle Donington.  Yet again the strength of the market is told in this deal and whilst any letting of this size is important, the speed at which the new occupier moved in following the former occupier moving out once again showed how sought after good quality stock is in the region.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“I put this property on the market during the last few months of the former tenant’s occupation.  A number of parties were immediately interested as a result and pleasingly despite one false start a new occupier was found virtually straight away such that from the former tenant moving out to the new tenant taking possession took less than 7 days.  A remarkable turn around which minimised void period and kept income coming for our client who was delighted at the outcome.

Yet again this shows the strength of the location with rents still rising and demand continuing unabated.  There are any number of parties still wanting to be in this region that I simply cannot find space for so if any landlords or vendors even are looking at disposing of space in the Castle Donington area, or indeed virtually in any location throughout the East Midlands then I probably have occupiers waiting to fill that space.

I would be delighted to hear from any new clients who I might be able to assist during 2018.”

Bruce Strachan Property Director at Pullan’s commented:

“It is very pleasing to see the unit let and income producing within a matter of days following the expiry of the former lease and we were very impressed with the manner in which Tim Gilbertson of FHP has dealt with the instruction and the result achieved.”

For further information on this deal or if you have industrial or warehouse space that you want to sell or let during 2018 then please give Tim Gilbertson at FHP a call, he would be delighted to assist.  He can be contact on 0115 9507577 or tim@fhp.co.uk.
