As a result of the imminent relocation of established Leicestershire Wholesaler Marks Electrical, Tim Gilbertson of FHP is pleased to confirm the sale of their final former unit on Bardon Industrial Estate just off Junction 22 of the M1.

The deal completed is the fourth sale completed by Tim Gilbertson on behalf of Marks Electrical to facilitate their expansion and relocation to Scudamore Road in Leicester.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“When tasked with the disposal of these four units by my client I was optimistic, given the lack of supply and the strength of demand that we could achieve strong prices and quick sales and pleasingly that proved to be the case in all four of the disposals.

Particularly pleasing was the timescales which we achieved which were directly in line with our clients ‘best case scenario’ and have helped his move to larger premises progress smoothly which has aided the ongoing expansion of his business.

It is always great to see a client after any disposal and receive his thanks for a job well done as particularly when not only have his price expectations been achieved and surpassed but also timescales for disposal have been hit as well.”

The building has been sold to Gary Lu for the expansion of his business and he commented:
