The Property Management Team of FHP are proud to have been appointed to manage a mixed use property instruction located at 2 St Peters Gate in the centre of Nottingham.
FHP have been asked by a Private Charity to manage the property on their behalf. The property comprises an estate agent, jeweller, architects and further additional vacant office space.
Rob Spencer, Director of the Property Management Department commented; “This instruction adds to an already significant number of managed property instructions within Nottingham City Centre and allows us to demonstrate our management experience of looking after tenants and clients within a multi-occupied building, all with differing requirements. Our client is looking to further invest in this property, and we look forward to working with them on this”.
