ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL RECRUIT AS FHP LAND KELLY SERVICES IN THE ATRIUM

Acting on behalf of Cubic Property Holdings, James Hartley of FHP has secured the letting of a 1,600ft² office suite within the highly popular Atrium on Wollaton Street in Nottingham.  This office deal sees Kelly Recruitment move from their current base on Bridlesmith Walk into a high quality refurbished office suite.

James Hartley commented:

“We have had a great run of interest in The Atrium throughout 2010 and by the looks of it this seems to be continuing into 2011 where we currently have a further 5,000ft² of space ‘under offer’ already.  I think it is largely due to a combination of location and high quality affordable suites but also the unique nature of the communal space within the building which is spanned by a large glass atrium which appeals to the tenants.  I do not think you can get such generous communal space anywhere else in Nottingham.

In 2010 we let over 16,000ft² in the Atrium and the amount of space we already have ‘under offer’ in 2011 is testament to how good the quality of space here is.”

“It is great to see a building gain such momentum.  You hear such bad news stories in the press but we have been incredibly delighted with the number of tenants and the amount of space we have let in the last 12 months.  Our aim is to be as flexible as possible in our approach to all tenants.  This along with the quality of space on offer here seems to be working.

Last year we had Esendex, Capital Cranfield Trustees and Credit Safe move in and now following this deal to Kelly Recruitment we will have a few more names to add to our tenant list in the not too distant future.”
