ATLANTIC LINK CONNECT AT ASH TREE COURT

The latest occupier to Ash Tree Court, Nottingham Business Park is Atlantic Link who have taken a new lease on Unit G6 Ash Tree Court which extends to 2,060ft².  The unit is entirely self contained set over two floors providing Atlantic Link with a perfect mixture of:-

The deal was agreed on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments by Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor at a rental equating to £17.50 per ft².  The arrival of Atlantic Link to Ash Tree Court means that Block G is now over half occupied with only 3 units remaining.

Atlantic Link are a specialist e Learning Software Developer and agreed to occupy the space at Ash Tree Court primarily because of the high speed internet connection available.  Tony Eddington of Atlantic Link commented:-

“Whilst the building itself and location are ideal for us the key to us taking occupation was the high speed internet connection that is now provided which is absolutely crucial for us.

It is an exciting time for Atlantic Link at the moment having entered into a new partnership with Catapult Venture Managers.  Ash Tree Court now provides us with the perfect base to build on this”.

Robert Grafton of Wilson Bowden Developments added:-

To have over half of Block G now occupied is great news for Ash Tree Court and we hope to be announcing the arrival of two other occupiers in the near future.”
