Acting on behalf of Lush, Alan Pearson, Associate Director of FHP Property Consultants has agreed the letting of 54 St Peter Street, Derby to Le Petite Four Francais t/a Baguette Station.

LP4 have taken on a sublease with expiry of the head lease on 5 January 2021.  The unit comprises of a ground floor sales area of 548 ft² together with basement storage accommodation of 585 ft².
