Betfred Bookmakers continue their strategic relocation and expansion programme within the East Midlands with the acquisition of the former Derbyshire Building Society premises at 75-77 Nottingham Road, Eastwood.

The freehold interest with vacant possession was secured by the bookies in a competitive tender situation with the unit providing a relocation site for their existing branch at 91 Nottingham Road.
