“The impending redevelopment of the Centre, enables us to offer retailers the opportunity to secure prime City Centre space, on flexible terms, without being tied into long leasehold agreements and exposing themselves to large retail liabilities.  As such, we continue to receive a large number of enquiries and remain confident that we will be able to maintain the excellent tenant mix, and vitality of the Centre all the way through to development”.

Ben Tebbutt, Partner of FHP commented:

“It is an exciting time for Nottingham and the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre.  The announcement of signing two of the anchor tenants Debenhams and Marks and Spencer represent a significant sep forward towards the commencement of building works on the new scheme”.
