FHP has announced the successful letting of Unit 2, Private Road No.1, Colwick, Nottingham, NG4 2JQ to Burton Roofing Merchants Limited.
Burton Roofing Merchants is a specialist roofing merchant serving trade customers across the UK. With a strong focus on roofing materials, associated products and dependable service, the business supports contractors through its branch network by providing product availability, technical knowledge and delivery capability.
Unit 2, Private Road No.1, has undergone a significant speculative refurbishment and comprises a detached warehouse/industrial unit with two storey offices at the front, warehouse space at the rear and a large self-contained yard.
The unit is in Colwick, an established industrial area about 2.5 miles from Nottingham city centre. The estate sits adjacent to Colwick Loop Road, one of Nottingham’s key arterial routes, and provides access via the A612 to Junctions 24 and 25 of the M1, as well as convenient links to the A52 and A46.
