FHP are pleased to announce the sale of Byron Station House on Baths Lane in Hucknall to Pegasus Hire Limited.  The site consisted of a large residential dwelling with commercial buildings and yard to the rear, an extremely unique site consisting of many elements.

The entire site was circa 0.33 acres and kept excellent company being located next to Hucknall’s tram/train station, Tesco, McDonalds, Aldi, Iceland and other major occupiers.

The vendors had lived in the house and had ran a very successful scaffolding and skip business from the property for many years.  My clients and I always felt the site best suited a commercial use alongside a residential element. During the marketing I conducted over 25 viewings with a huge variety of interest.  After several offers it was decided that the most suitable buyers were Sam and Jeremy Curtis from Pegasus Hire Limited.
