Retail News

Acting on behalf of Cardzone Ltd, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has acquired 9 Market Place, Bingham on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £13,250 per annum subject to a tenant only break option at the end of the fifth year.

The ground floor lock up shop unit contains 695ft² sales area and will trade under the Paper Kisses fascia being a relocation from smaller premises at 28 Market Place.

Mark Bradley of FHP who is retained by Cardzone for their acquisitions commented:-

“My client’s lease of 28 Market Place was due to expire in 2009 and therefore the opportunity was taken to investigate other available opportunities in the town for a relocation to larger premises.  The new premises occupy a prominent location facing onto the Market Place immediately adjacent to Piano Bistro and were formerly occupied by Wright Mortgage who have also relocated elsewhere in the town.”

Cardzone now trade from 17 branches and are actively seeking more units within a 1 hour drive of Southwell where the head office is located.  Details of any suitable units between 500 – 1,000ft² should be forwarded to Mark Bradley.  Email markb@fhp.co.uk.  Tel 0115 8411137.
