Industrial/Warehouse News

Whilst the majority of us have tried to enjoy the summer months retailers are already looking towards Christmas.  As a result of this Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have negotiated a short term deal for PMB Pallet Express Limited to take occupation of premises at Digby Street, Ilkeston.  The unit extends to 30,120ft² and has the benefit of around half an acre of outside storage.  A rental of £55,000 per annum has been agreed.

From viewing the property on the Wednesday terms were swiftly agreed and keys were handed over to PMB Pallet Express Limited late on the following Friday.  Thereon the warehouse will predominantly be used for the storage and distribution of Christmas Puddings in the lead up to Christmas.

Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-

“On a site such as this where the end use is for development short term deals are always going to be of interest to our client.  Hopefully PMB Pallet Express Limited will stay in longer than the proposed term”.

Morgan and Company Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of PMB Pallet Express Limited.
