The last remaining suite in Oak Tree House, extending to 539ft² has been let to CHUBB Electrical Services Limited at a rental equating to £15.30 per ft².  The deal was negotiated by Alastair Fearn of FHP on behalf of private Landlords and this deal sees CHUBB extend their total space in the building to just under 2,000ft².

This is the last letting to take place in Oak Tree House which has seen FHP already agree terms with:-

  • ¨ Technical Elevator Services Ltd

The majority of buildings on Phoenix have been let either as a whole or only in two parts however splitting Oak Tree House has worked well for our Clients and we have still been able to achieve good rentals and attract good Tenants.

Phoenix Office Park is an excellent location by virtue of its proximity to the Nottingham Tram Park & Ride at Phoenix and its excellent access to Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway.  The landscaping around the park also compliments the high build quality making it a pleasant place to work,”

The letting of this suite means that FHP currently have two buildings on the market at Phoenix Office Park, one of which extending to 6,000ft² is currently under offer.
