Acting on behalf of private owner occupier client, Gill Merrit, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are pleased to confirm the sale of good quality, industrial space on the ever popular Blenheim Industrial Estate.

Offering a rare opportunity to secure a substantial industrial building on a large site, the sale was agreed literally within days of the premises coming to the market.

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted on behalf of the outgoing occupier, with the building sold to J Wright Roofing Limited to enable their continued expansion and relocation.

The sale was dealt with on behalf of the vendors by Tim Gilbertson BSc (Hons) MRICS, Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor who commented:
