The sale of 359 Nuthall Road has just completed to Smilestyle Dental Centre.  The property which extends to 1,581ft² has been marketed by Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor on behalf of a private vendor.  Following a good level of interest in the property, a sale was concluded by Best Bids at a price of £300,000.
