Following the lettings of Unit 1 and Unit 2 at Sawmills Industrial Estate, Longbridge Lane, Heanor, DE75 7GH, FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce that the brand new industrial estate has reached full occupancy. Following the double deal a few months ago we have recently let Unit 1 and Unit 2 to local occupiers resulting in the new build estate reaching full occupancy.

The entire estate is a new industrial development which offers shell specification with three phase power, electric roller shutter door and an excellent provision of allocated parking. The units are located off Longbridge Lane in Heanor which links to the dual carriage A610 ultimately providing fast access to Junction 26 of the M1 motorway.
