Derwent Living have recently completed the sale of 20 houses at Towles Mill and Bridgeland Road, located close to Loughborough Railway Station.  The houses provide a total of 114 non en-suite bedrooms and Stuart Horne at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor was delighted to achieve £28,000 per bedroom on behalf of the Vendor.

Midlands Property Advisor of the Year, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, commenced marketing of the property in late 2006, with terms being agreed prior to the year end subject to a delayed completion.

Towles Mill represented a conversion of a textiles mill, whilst the Bridgeland Road element comprised 5 no. new build houses.
