Acting on behalf of Possfund Custodian Trustees Limited c/o Hermes and Cushman Wakefield Investors, Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let the premises at 30/31 Idlewells Centre, Sutton in Ashfield to Textiles Direct.
The Tenants have taken a new three year lease at a commencing rent of £19,500 per annum. There is a mutual option to determine the lease on the eighteen month anniversary of the term upon three months prior written notice.
Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-
“Textiles Direct had initially occupied the premises by way of a temporary licence and having traded well, they were keen to secure the premises for a longer period.”
“We believe that they add a valuable product range to the tenant mix profile of the Centre and we are pleased to have secured their commitment for the next eighteen months at the very least.”
