Fisher Hargreaves Proctor’s Property Management Department have been appointed by Hillarys Developments on two of their new developments, Church Lane and Outgang Lane. Outgang Lane includes 10 new office units and 2 large industrial units. Church Lane comprises 4 new industrial units.
Virginia Wills, surveyor in the Property Management Department commented, “Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to once again provide management services for Hillarys Developments with their high quality industrial developments in Dinnington”.
This development is located in a new and upcoming area in Dinnington which has been involved in a local regeneration project. Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are very excited to be involved in this process.
