Acting on behalf of investor clients, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has completed the letting of substantial prime warehouse space of just over 10,000ft² to Canal Engineering to facilitate their local expansion.

The deal completed sees this superb building which forms part of the Easter Park Estate, Nottingham’s foremost industrial location, enable Canal Engineering to expand upon their existing base which they will retain on Lenton Lane.

Tim Gilbertson who brokered the deal commented:

“Easter Park still sets the standard in Nottingham for industrial or warehouse space, benefiting from a superb specification in a prime location just off Nottingham’s Ring Road and therefore within moments access of the City Centre but equally within quick access of the M1.  This location was the ideal opportunity for Canal Engineering who are already based on Lenton Lane to take additional space and hopefully this unit will benefit their business hugely moving forwards.

Canal have been a pleasure to deal with throughout and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
