CWC Group’s Ivanhoe Business Park at Ashby-de-la-Zouch continues to attract occupiers from Ashby but also has seen any number of companies relocate from surrounding towns and cities such as Tamworth, Measham, Castle Donington and now Loughborough.

The latest deal concluded sees superb Grade A office space of over 13,000ft² built for Loughborough based EQ Software, part of the Compusoft Group, enabling them to expand and drive forward their business plan throughout the UK and beyond.

A market leader in the provision of software for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom market, creating management systems for sole proprietors through to high end multi-branch companies, when considering their need to expand and relocate Ivanhoe Business Park at Ashby came to the forefront of their mind and a deal was rapidly agreed for the bespoke build of over 13,000ft² of Grade A office space set over two floors on the park.

As a result of the synergy between both developer and occupier, terms were quickly agreed for the bespoke built development of 13,000ft² of Grade A office space, set over two floors on Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby’s premier location just off the A42.

By relocating to Ashby, EQ Software ensured that their valued staff were retained with the move to a site a short distance from their previous Loughborough base whilst also providing a bespoke working environment in a fantastic building with extensive car parking, remaining within easy reach of the town centre and all facilities contained there.”
