Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are pleased to announce another successful sale of retail premises on behalf of clients William Hill. 

Acting on behalf of William Hill Organisation Limited, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor were instructed to dispose of the former betting office at 207 Upperdale Road, Derby which had been vacated due to relocation.

Hannah Chapman of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented, “We received a significant amount of interest in the premises which resulted in a best bids scenario within a short period of marketing. We were pleased to secure a sale on behalf of clients at a price of £142,000, well in excess of the asking price of £130,000.

It is encouraging to see that demand for freehold opportunities of this lot size remains strong with interest received from a variety of investors and occupiers alike.”
