Acting on behalf of a private individual, Ben Tebbutt, Partner at FHP, has let 75 Melton Road, West Bridgford to Asiana Ltd.
Asiana have opened the premises as Nimboo, an upmarket Indian takeaway.
Ben Tebbutt commented:-
“West Bridgford is a popular location, properties such as this with an A5 (hot food takeaway) planning consent are rare therefore they are always going to attract a high level of interest.”
Jonathan Emmerson of HEB acted on behalf of Asiana who have agreed a new 15 year lease at a rent of £26,600 per annum.
