Mark Bradley of FHP who acted for his retained client Betster, commented:-
“I was pleased to acquire the first betting shop for this new client in an off market transaction following a direct approach to the owners of the shopping centre. The unit occupies an ideal location for a bookmaker directly fronting the market area and close to several public houses.”
Betting Shop Holdings Ltd t/a Betster is a newly formed company with substantial financial backing from Intuition Capital and aims to open 50 high quality betting shops over the next 3 years in major towns and city centres.
Details of suitable units within the Midlands, East Anglia and Yorkshire areas of between 1,000-1,500ft² ground floor sales should be forwarded to Mark Bradley.
