FHP ACQUIRE RETAIL INVESTMENT OPPOSITE THE VICTORIA CENTRE FOR CLIENTS

FHP acting on behalf of a local family company have acquired 6/8 Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham for sub £1m.

The Ground Floor is let to Boojum for £100,000 pa for 10 years with the lease currently being assigned to a national retailer.

David Hargreaves who negotiated the acquisition said, “This is a solid location opposite the entrance to the Victoria Centre just off Clumber Street.  The store of 2,350 sq ft of sales offers great value retail accommodation.

In addition the upper parts have planning permission for 5 large 2 bed apartments which our clients will build out and then rent out.

Once the development is complete the investment will show the clients a return of 13%+.”

FHP introduced the opportunity and negotiated the acquisition from clients of GCW in London.  Lisa Poole of Gunner Cooke acted on the legals on the acquisition.
