FHP ACQUIRE UNIT FOR EDWARD JONES IN ARNOLD, NOTTINGHAM

Alan Pearson, Associate Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has acquired premises on behalf of Edward Jones, at 15 Front Street, Arnold, Nottingham.  Edward Jones have taken an assignment of the lease at 15 Front Street, Arnold, which was previously occupied by Michaels Wood Floor Store.  The premises were let on a six year lease, from April 2005 at a commencing rental of £18,000 per annum exclusive.  The premises comprise of a ground floor sales area of 645ft². 

Edward Jones are the largest financial services firm in the USA, in terms of branches and set up their UK operation in Canary Warf in December 1997.

Alan Pearson at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented, “Edward Jones had a requirement for premises in north Nottingham and considered Arnold to be the most appropriate location, as it is commonly recognised as one of the best trading suburbs within Nottingham.  The premises provide a prominent corner position close to the prime pedestrianised section of Front Street and fronting the main arterial road through the Town Centre.  This is a key requirement for Edward Jones who require prominent locations for their branches.”
