FHP ADD SOME GLITZ AND GLAMOUR TO CAROLGATE, RETFORD

Chris Lunn of FHP has agreed a letting to Fred Waters, a Putting on The Glitz franchisee who is setting up the shop on his own and trading as Glamour.  Glamour took occupation in mid-November just in time for the Christmas trade.

The deal agreed was a three year deal at £16,000 per annum, with a break clause after 18 months.  This breaks down to a Zone A figure of £45.16, which is very competitive for Carolgate, Retford. 

Chris Lunn of FHP commented:

“Fred Waters in the past has shown that he has a good business acumen and will no doubt be an excellent tenant for 24 Carolgate.”

The letting to Glamour is the second letting on Carolgate in successive months, with another under offer, showing that things are improving and there is demand out there for the market towns.
