FHP have agreed to lease the Former Alltools Premises on Ashling Street in Nottingham to Henton and Chattell Ltd to accommodate their expansion plans following positive trading over the last few years.

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants commented:-

“We are finding increasingly few options for industrial enquiries around Nottingham City Centre and the letting of this property was achieved in very short timescales compared to that of previous years. Significant interest was brought forwards for the property at the commencement of marketing and the letting has been achieved within very positive timescales”.
