Fisher Hargreaves Proctor’s have been appointed by the FTM Pension Fund to manage and let Litchurch Plaza, one of their properties in Derby offering a range of competitively priced office suites.  The premises include 23 suites occupied by a number of tenants including Bombardier, Leigh’s Paints and Kinsei Solutions Limited.

Virginia Wills, surveyor in the property management department commented “Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to expand their management portfolio, increasing further FHP’s presence within Derby and working closely alongside the Derby agency team.  We look forward to furthering our relationship with FTM Pension Fund and being able to assist them in a range of property aspects.
