FHP CELEBRATES LETTING WITH BAR BZR

Acting on behalf of Spenbeck Ltd, David Richard of FHP Property Consultants has agreed the letting of 41‑43 St Marys Gate, Nottingham to Bar BZR.

Bar BZR have taken a new 5 year lease at a commencing rent of £40,000 per annum exclusive.  The unit comprises a sales area of 5,024 ft² split over 3 floors.
