Frankie Labbate, Surveyor at FHP Property Consultants has let 39 Pelham Street, Nottingham acting on behalf of a private landlord to Rewind Clothing.

Rewind Clothing have connections with G Star who have been trading in the vicinity for approximately six years.  Rewind Clothing strategically targeted Nottingham as their first UK store for the sale of its vast range of vintage clothing due to its central location and healthy student population.  This long anticipated venture into prominent high street retail premises illustrates how this part of Nottingham is becoming a prime location for vintage themed retail and niche operators.

Frankie Labbate of FHP commented:

“I am delighted to add yet another fashionable, current and niche retailer to the tenant mix on Pelham Street.  It is fitting that such a charismatic building such as 39 Pelham Street is married with such a complimentary retailer.  39 Pelham Street is an important building which bridges the city centre to Hockley and I firmly believe that the presence of such a popular product will help bridge the gap and evidently improve footfall into the heart of Nottingham’s creative district.  This will be an improvement not only to this unit itself but to the wider area as a whole.

I have no doubt Rewind will prosper as a result of their new current and stylish home.  Furthermore, I wish them every success with their business going forward and I have no doubt that the product lines they have on sale will help establish a strong and loyal customer base”.

The presence of Rewind Clothing on Pelham Street will certainly help improve the vibrancy in the area as a whole.
