FHP CREDITED WITH ANOTHER LETTING AT THE ATRIUM

FHP are delighted to announce a letting of a further 2,500ft² within The Atrium at Wollaton Street in Nottingham City Centre.  The letting has been completed to Modacs who operate as Credit Safe for a call centre for the credit company. 

This latest letting sees Modacs nearly double in size in terms of their occupation in The Atrium, just 6 months after they first moved in.

“We have seen a great deal of interest in The Atrium of late which has seen six lettings since January last year and means that there is now less than 4,000ft² available in the building.  This is a very satisfactory position to be in.”
