FHP Property Consultants have been appointed to the ‘Derby College Framework for Property Agents’. FHP will provide strategic property advice to the College over the next 3 years. The type of work is likely to include site disposals and acquisitions, lease consultancy and valuation.

Derby College is one of the largest and most successful Further Education Colleges in the UK with approximately 28,500 students and 1,700 members of staff. It was created in March 2002 following the three-way merger of Derby Tertiary College Wilmorton, Broomfield College and Mackworth College Derby. Since then it has grown to become a trusted education provider with an enviable reputation for innovation, quality and inclusion.
