The Property Management Department at FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to manage Gothic House on Barker Gate in Nottingham on behalf of the Building’s Receivers.

Gothic House comprises just over 22,000ft² of flexible office accommodation, together with two penthouse apartments and three leisure units.

Rob Spencer, the Director in charge of the Property Management Department at FHP commented that “we were approached by the Receivers of Gothic House to provide a more local management solution for the property following the retirement of the onsite building manager.  FHP were delighted to be asked to provide a more cost effective solution for managing the premises, whilst also using our expertise with serviced office requirements in Nottingham to look to increase the income generated from the building”.

FHP will be providing a joined up property management and agency service for the building, which has not in recent times been subjected to any consistent marketing, FHP will therefore be looking to identify additional letting opportunities through both the existing tenants of the property, and by utilising our requirements database for serviced office type accommodation.
