The Valuation Team at FHP’s Nottingham office have recently carried out a Valuation for a Private Pension Fund in relation to the proposed acquisition of a former electricity substation located in a prominent position on the fringe of Nottingham City Centre.   The Valuation which has been provided in relation to the acquisition of the site covered a wide range of aspects in relation to the property, but most specifically commented with regard to the existing market value and rental value.

The report was provided to facilitate the purchase of the site and will also be relied upon and referred to in the creation of a lease at the premises.

The beneficiaries of the Pension Fund have exciting plans for the site which will transform what is currently a rather unloved site into a prominent and striking facility on the way into Nottingham.

“When carrying out the Valuation we had to have regard to not only the high level of interest that had been received in the marketing of the property, but also the existing condition of the site, along with the future plans.  We were able to complete this Valuation in a timely manner as required by the Pension Fund and we wish beneficiaries all the best in their redevelopment of the site.”
