The decision by the Cromwell Group to appoint FHP to act on their behalf in relation to their business rate liabilities is already paying with Alastair Fearn of FHP already generating a refund in excess of £150,000 for the Group.

The Cromwell Group, who are Europe’s leading independent supplier of maintenance and repair operation products appointed FHP Property Consultants towards the end of 2013 to advise them primarily in respect of their business rate liabilities but also advise in other aspects of their property portfolio. 

The Cromwell Group which has its World Headquarters in Leicester, has 54 UK branches spread across the country as well as a number of other supporting locations with approximately 70 separate business rate liabilities.
