The Loughborough office of Thomas Solicitors have just secured a lease renewal on their existing premises and acquired the neighbouring premises for expansion with the help of Alastair Fearn at FHP Property Consultants. 

The property which provides a prominent position at the intersection of Church Gate and Leamington Street in Loughborough Town Centre has been home of Thomas Solicitors for ten years.  A new lease for a further seven years has been agreed on not only the existing premises but expansion space next door at 44b Church Gate.

The simultaneous renewal and acquisition was handled for Thomas Solicitors by Alastair Fearn of FHP Property Consultants who was able to agree suitably incentivise terms for expansion next door.
