Following the successful letting to Barclays at 22-26 St Peters Street, Derby where FHP Property Consultants acted for the landlord, the Derby office of FHP has now been instructed to market the former Barclays Bank premises at 2 St James Street/1 Market Place on the basis of either an assignment or a sublease of the current lease which expires in November 2022 at a rental of £105,000 per annum.
The premises are arranged over basement, ground, first and second floors and contain in total 9,407ft² and benefit from an existing planning consent for Class A2 or A1 but would be suitable for A3 (restaurants and cafes) or A4 (drinking establishments) subject to obtaining the necessary planning consent.
