FHP LET 38/40 MIDDLEGATE, NEWARK TO FAT FACE

In an important letting for Middlegate, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have successfully completed the letting of the ex Officer’s Club unit at 38/40 Middlegate to Fat Face Limited.  The letting strengthens this part of Middlegate where there are now minimal voids and where Country Casuals have relocated to a new unit. 

The letting to Fat Face Limited was for a term of ten years on full repairing and insuring terms at a rental of £45,000 per annum exclusive subject to a five yearly rent review.  Steve Gillott of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted on behalf of the landlords, Retail Ventures Limited and Gareth Storer of MSBL Property acted for Fat Face Limited.
