Acting on behalf of Derbyshire County Council, Joint Agents FHP Property Consultants and Knight Frank have completed the letting of the first floor at C1 Holmewood Business Park to Greenpark Energy limited. Greenpark Energy has taken a new 3 year lease of the 2,260ft² office suite enabling their relocation from Corbriggs.

Greenpark Energy is a leading Coal Bed Methane Exploration and production company, with the largest on shore acreage position of any Oil and Gas company operating in the United Kingdom.

Greenpark Energy plans to initiate Coal Bed Methane Gas production throughout the UK as early as 2012.
