Acting on behalf of private pension trust clients, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have agreed a letting of 11a Stodman Street, Newark to Inizio for a new hairdressing salon.

The property lies on the northern side of Stodman Street, a short distance from Middlegate, a prominent three storey building comprising retail sales of 385 ft² together with a large rear single storey extension of 800 ft².  There are stores at first and second floor level of 260 ft² and 265 ft² respectively.

The agreed terms was for ten years with a tenant’s five year break at a headline rental of £20,000 per annum exclusive.
