Acting on behalf of private investor clients, in a deal brokered by Tim Gilbertson, Partner of FHP a lease has been agreed on substantial high quality office space in Linby.

With the benefit of extensive on-site parking and presented in immaculate order, the deal was rapidly struck with the eventual occupiers and the lease concluded within a matter of weeks.
