Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, acting on behalf of Keystone Property Investments Limited have just let the first floor of 1 – 3 Tamworth Road, Long Eaton to Motorcise, a specialist Ladies Only gym.  The first floor suite which had been vacated by The Prudential extends to 3,376ft² and a new 10 year lease was agreed at a rental of £13,000 per annum. 

Motorcise is a nationwide franchise and this is the second franchise set up by Jane and Paul Atkins.  Their first Motorcise gym is located on Front Street, Arnold and has proved to be such a success that they are able to take advantage of this opportunity in Long Eaton.
