FHP LIVING LAND & NEW HOMES TO SELL 10 ACRE SITE AT CLIPSTONE

FHP Living Land & New Homes, acting on behalf of private clients, have sold a 10 acre site at Cavendish Park, Kings Clipstone in North Notts to Taylor Wimpey.

The site, which is the fifth phase of the development, first started in 2005.

The 10 acre site has Planning Consent for 221 houses.

Taylor Wimpey are likely to start on site in 2012.

FHP Living Land & New Homes acted on behalf of the land owner and achieved a price of £4.7 million.
